Causes of joint diseases
Diseases such as arthritis or rheumatism can severely restrict everyday life. We explain the causes and inform you about suitable treatment options.
Almost every second German over 45 is affected by joint disease. This indicates one of the main characteristics of joint disease: they are a typical wear and therefore aging. Osteoarthritis or rheumatism can severely restrict those affected in everyday life. The pain makes it sometimes even impossible to pursue a regular job.
Causes of Osteoarthritis, Rheumatism and Co.
In addition to severe, unilateral joint strain, for example, by the wrong execution of movements or body deformities, there are also genetic factors that can promote joint disease. Furthermore, common diseases such as obesity or long-term, incorrect sitting in the office should be mentioned as a trigger of joint diseases. People who do hard, physical work often have less of the problem of having to sit too much, but more likely to be more worn down by work.
At the beginning of a joint disease, this usually manifests itself in exercise pain or limitation of movement. Anyone who visits a doctor early on may be able to prevent the situation from getting worse.
Anyone who receives the diagnosis of arthrosis or rheumatism is shocked. Because the joint diseases are considered in many cases as incurable, at best, an improvement in the general condition is predicted. But with a targeted treatment, the quality of life can also improve significantly with illness.
Nutrition in joint diseases
As with many diseases, a healthy diet can significantly improve the symptoms. Many diseases are home-made, which means that an unhealthy lifestyle can lead to an outbreak or accelerate it. Foods low in fat and sugar, a good mix with a high fiber content of whole grains, fruits and vegetables and little animal protein not only keeps slim and fit, but also boosts the joints.
Enzyme Therapy for Rheumatism and Arthritis
Joint diseases are often inflammations. Enzymes naturally help to reduce inflammatory reactions more quickly. This can be observed for example in bruising: The body's own enzymes split the blood pigment hemoglobin, it leaves the typical yellow-bluish discoloration back, the body transports the blood remnants split more quickly. This effect of enzymes can also be exploited for the inflammatory effects of joint diseases. For example, trypsin, which improves the fluidity of the blood, or bromelain, which reduces swelling, are also used.
There are both combination and mono-preparations. The best way to be informed about the active ingredients for you by an experienced doctor, before you take the medication on your own.
