More energy through Shiatsu Gym

We not only wish you a lot of inner harmony and zest for life - we also show the way there. Here are our exercises for a happy year.

Gentle, but targeted pressure, intense stroking, gentle stretching and loosening - who has experienced a good Shiatsu massage, knows that not only brings us back into our midst and flooded with new energy, but also touches the soul deeply. Shiatsu means "finger pressure," but the therapist also uses palms, elbows, knees, and feet to release blockages in our energy channels, the meridians. Heavenly, but unfortunately not cheap. One and a half hours cost at least about 75 euros.

Although Shiatsu is an ancient Japanese healing art of touch, it can be done differently. Brand new in the German fitness scene is Shiatsu Gym. "This holistic training combines breathing exercises with very effective meridian stretching exercises that stimulate and harmonize the flow of life energy 'Ki'," says Hamburg shiatsu therapist Melanie Heiming, who developed the workout herself.
